Can I use Invenno without linking my Amazon account?

You can use Invenno without linking any third party marketplace on our Starter plan. However, linking your Amazon Seller Central account will allow us to automate reconciliation of your cost of goods against orders. This will also allow us to ingest your seller data to give you an enhanced experience.

Do you offer a trial?

We do not offer a free trial, as we believe the value of our software is immediately evident. We’re confident that once you experience its impact, you'll see why a trial isn’t necessary.

I use a prep centre but it's not on the list

We are always looking to expand our integrations with third party logistic companies and other platforms to improve the user experience we offer to our users. At the moment - our primary integration partner for prep centres is with Source 2 Store. We do support other prep centres, but only on an export and import basis via CSV.

I am new to Amazon, is Invenno right for me?

Invenno was designed by sellers, for sellers. We understand the importance of tracking and reconciling your spend in any part of your business journey. New or experienced sellers can use our tool, enabling the things that matter the most to them. We also include a "New seller" set of defaults, to give you a simpler introduce to selling and managing your inventory.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you are free to cancel at any period. We will retain your data for 7 days before we remove it entirely. This gives you time to review and export anything you would like. During this period - we will stop ingesting any third party data and you will no longer be able to add new purchases.
